This page covers opulence99.com — the site you are reading now. It is written plainly on purpose, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not a promise. The heading above is true of the site. Our emails are one exception, and the record we keep if you choose to give us your phone number is the other. Both are spelled out below rather than buried.

If you are just reading

We count page views ourselves, in our own database — no Google Analytics, no advertising network, no analytics company of any kind. When a page loads, one anonymous line is recorded: the page, the site that referred you (just its name, like youtube.com), the tag on the link you clicked if it had one, your country, and the hour. That is the whole list.

What is deliberately missing from it: your IP address, your device, your browser, any visitor ID, and the minute or second you came. Two visits by the same person are indistinguishable to us — we can see that 40 men read a page, and we cannot see that you did. Nothing is stored on your device: no cookie, no local storage, no fingerprint. That is why this site shows you no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The homepage counts a few things besides page views, the same anonymous way: when one of its buttons is pressed (the free call button, the mentorship link) and how far down the page was read. Each of those is one line holding the button or milestone, the page, the tag on the link you arrived on, your country, and the hour. Nothing on that line could single you out either.

The one thing this site can ever store

The single exception is the opposite of tracking. If you open the analytics opt-out page and ask not to be counted, one flag reading “do not count this browser” is set on that browser. It identifies nobody, it exists only to honour that request, and clearing your cookies removes it.

There is one more exclusion, and it stores nothing at all. The owner reads his own site constantly, and his own reading would otherwise fill the numbers he uses to make decisions. So the addresses of his own home and office connections are checked against a short list as a request arrives, and if it matches, no line is written. The address is compared and discarded in the same instant — it is not stored, not logged, and not attached to anything. It is only ever used to record LESS, never more, and it is the only comparison of its kind on this site.

If you give us your email

When you give us your email, through the application for the free call or anywhere else on this site, we use it to send what you asked for, and our letters to men who want them. If the link that brought you carried a tag (for example, from a YouTube description), we keep that tag with your record so we know which video is actually reaching men. It describes the link you clicked, not you.

Every email we send has a working one-click unsubscribe, and it takes effect immediately — no reply, no reason, no delay. We never sell, rent, or trade your address, and no one else mails our list. Our emails are delivered by Resend, which sends on our behalf and does not own our list; the site itself runs on Cloudflare, which hosts it and the visit counts above.

Applications and your call

The free Attractive Godly Wife Blueprint Call starts with a short application at apply.opulence99.com. It asks for your name, email, phone number, city, and age, and for your answers to a few questions. Your answers are kept on your record so Theophilus can prepare for your call.

If you answer Yes to the biblical-principles question, submitting also signs you up for his emails: your booking link, the free Attractive Godly Wife Blueprint, and his letters to men. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe. Your phone number is used only to reach you about your call, and never for marketing texts. The application has its own privacy page with the details.

If you give us your phone number

A personal link in our welcome email opens one page that asks for your phone number. It is optional in the plain sense of the word: the page says so, skipping it costs you nothing, and nothing you already asked for depends on it.

If you give it, we keep four things together: the number, the exact sentence you agreed to, the moment you agreed, and — unlike anything else on this site — your IP address and the browser you used. Those last two are there for one reason: they are what makes a permission provable later, to us and to you. This is the only place on opulence99.com where either is kept, and it is kept because you chose to hand over a number, not because you read a page.

We are not texting anybody yet, and we cannot. No texting service is connected to this site, we hold no account with one, and there is no code anywhere in our systems that can send a message. We are collecting numbers now and will start sending only once that is set up properly. When it starts, it is for what you agreed to: new apps and product launches, new merch, and live events. Reply STOP to any message and the texts end.

We never sell, rent, or trade your number, and nobody else texts our list.

What our emails can see

This is the one place we do more than count. Our letters carry a small invisible image, and links in them are routed through our own address before they reach where they are going. So unlike the site, an email can tell us you — this address — opened this letter, roughly when, and which link you clicked. Loading that image also reveals your rough location and the app you read mail in, the same way opening any image on the internet does.

We use it for one thing: knowing which letters actually land, so we write fewer and better ones. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to advertise to you anywhere.

Two honest caveats. It is rough — some mail apps load images for you automatically, which looks like an open that never happened, and others block them, which hides one that did. And you can switch it off: turn off automatic or remote images in your mail app and the image never loads, so we never see the open. Clicking a link still passes through us, because that is how the link works — if you would rather not, the unsubscribe at the bottom of every letter is one click and takes effect at once.

If you buy something

Books and Brotherhood membership are paid on Stripe’s own pages. Your card number goes to Stripe and never touches our systems — we could not show it to you if you asked. What happens on Stripe’s pages is governed by Stripe’s terms.

Members and applicants

Inside the Brotherhood, a much fuller privacy policy applies — it covers posts, messages, live calls and their recordings, and everything else members share, and every member reviews and accepts it before entering. Applications for the free call are covered by their own privacy page, which also keeps the promise made to anyone who applied to our former Introductions service.
